1 1/2 T. Yeast
1/2 T. Sugar
1/2 c. Water
4 1/2 - 5 c. Flour
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 T. Salt
1 1/2 c. Warm Water
1/4 c. Oil
1. In a large bowl add 4.5 - 5 cups of flour, 1/4 c. sugar, and 1/2 T of salt. Mix and add yeast mixture, 1 1/2 cup warm water and 1/4 cup of oil. Mix well and let it rest for 30 min.
2. Knead and let it raise for 1 - 2 hrs as needed. Bake at 375F for 20 - 35 min.
